A Career Built in Education
Amanda's professional journey began in public schools, where she spent more than 15 years working with students across a variety of settings. During that time, she developed a deep understanding of how children learn and how educational environments can be structured to help every student succeed.
Seven of those years were spent in building leadership roles, with a particular focus on early childhood settings. This experience allowed Amanda to work closely with teachers, families, and school leaders to develop programs that support young learners during some of the most important developmental years of their lives. Her leadership approach combines strong organizational skills with a genuine dedication to student growth and well-being.
Throughout her career, Amanda has remained focused on creating learning environments that are both structured and nurturing. She believes that when children feel secure, supported, and valued, they are more willing to explore, ask questions, and develop a love of learning that lasts well beyond the classroom.
