With more than 15 years of experience in public education and a strong background in school leadership, Amanda brings both expertise and compassion to her role, guiding the academy's programs, staff, and families.

Amanda's professional journey began in public schools, where she spent more than 15 years working with students across a variety of settings. During that time, she developed a deep understanding of how children learn and how educational environments can be structured to help every student succeed.

Seven of those years were spent in building leadership roles, with a particular focus on early childhood settings. This experience allowed Amanda to work closely with teachers, families, and school leaders to develop programs that support young learners during some of the most important developmental years of their lives. Her leadership approach combines strong organizational skills with a genuine dedication to student growth and well-being.

Throughout her career, Amanda has remained focused on creating learning environments that are both structured and nurturing. Education and Professional Credentials

Amanda's professional expertise is supported by a strong academic foundation in education and leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, equipping her with the skills and knowledge necessary to guide students through their early learning experiences.

In addition to her degree, Amanda holds certifications in Students with Intellectual Disabilities and Mild/Moderate Special Education. Amanda also holds a Master's of Education degree in Building Leadership and Administration.
