Meet our Executive Director

With a strong foundation in education and a deep commitment to child development, Amanda serves as the Executive Director of Learners to Leaders Academy. She brings over 15 years of experience working in public schools, including 7 years in building leadership with a focus on early childhood settings. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, along with certifications in Students with Intellectual Disabilities and Mild/Moderate Special Education. She also holds a Master’s of Education degree in Building Leadership and Administration. Amanda is a recipient a national award through the Council for Exceptional Children as an Outstanding Educator.

Throughout her career, Amanda has been dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and enriching environments where all children can thrive. She believes in building strong, developmentally appropriate programs that meet the individual needs of students and reach their fullest potential.

As a full-time working mom herself, Amanda understands firsthand the importance of trusting, supportive care for children and the peace of mind it brings to families. She brings this perspective into every decision she makes, ensuring that Learners to Leaders Academy is a place where both children and parents feel valued and supported.

Her leadership is grounded in the belief that safety, high-quality programming, and nurturing relationships are the foundation for lifelong learning and success. Under her guidance, Learners to Leaders Academy continues to evolve as a place where families can feel confident and children are empowered to explore, learn, and grow.

Meet our Co-Owner and On-Call Provider

Danielle Henry

Danielle Henry is the Co-Owner and On-Call Provider at Learners to Leaders Corporation, bringing over 13 years of experience in nursing and advanced practice care. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island, and is a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in pediatrics and urgent care.

As a healthcare professional and co-owner, Danielle plays a vital role in shaping the health standards, safety practices, and overall well-being of the children and families we serve. Her calm, caring, and knowledgeable approach helps ensure that every child receives compassionate, timely care when needed.

Danielle’s dual perspective as both a provider and leader allows her to support not only the physical health of children, but also the quality and integrity of the care environment itself. She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing space where children thrive and parents feel confident and supported.
